In one sentence, how would you describe the state of content work in your organisation

Near the end, the tool gave your organisation a short description with a name. For example "In focus — priced, structured and owned", or "Deep but dim — the structure exists, nothing is lit". Which one did you get?

Does it match what you see in your organisation? Yes, almost, or no.

If not, what would have been closer? The seven are: Unfocused, Low resolution, Deep but dim, Shallow focus, No hand on the dial, Finding focus, and In focus.

Under that name there was a line starting "Why this one", for example "2 priced rows, 2 structural practices, and a named decider". Did anything in it feel wrong or unfair?

Would you say that name out loud to your leadership, or would you reword it first?

What would you have called your situation instead? Anything in your own words is fine—"we measure everything and change nothing", "we write well and store nothing", "we promise something but deviate a lot", or else.
