Section titled “How do I get started with Fomr?”Create an account and you can start building forms right away using the drag-and-drop editor. You can also try the editor without signing up to see how it works first.
Can I try Fomr without creating an account?
Section titled “Can I try Fomr without creating an account?”Yes. Visit fomr.io/app/guest/new to access the full form editor as a guest. You can build and preview forms, then create an account when you’re ready to publish and collect responses.
How do I create my first form?
Section titled “How do I create my first form?”After signing in, click “New form” on your dashboard. Drag components from the sidebar onto the canvas, customize them, and click “Publish” when ready. See our create your first form guide for step-by-step instructions.
Billing & plans
Section titled “Billing & plans”Is Fomr free to use?
Section titled “Is Fomr free to use?”Yes, Fomr has a free plan that includes unlimited forms, unlimited responses, unlimited team members, 25+ form components, design customization, email notifications, and more.
We also offer a Pro plan with additional features like custom domains, removal of Fomr branding, SEO controls, and priority support.

What payment methods do you accept?
Section titled “What payment methods do you accept?”We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I change plans anytime?
Section titled “Can I change plans anytime?”Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.
Do you offer discounts?
Section titled “Do you offer discounts?”Yes, annual plans are discounted compared to monthly billing. Check our pricing page for current rates.
Do you offer refunds?
Section titled “Do you offer refunds?”Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan purchases. You can request a refund by cancelling your plan in the billing dashboard within 7 days. Learn more in our refund policy.
What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Section titled “What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?”Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Pro features like custom domains and hidden branding will be disabled. Your forms and response data remain accessible.
Where can I find my invoices?
Section titled “Where can I find my invoices?”Go to Settings > Billing in your Fomr dashboard to access the billing portal. You can view and download all invoices there.
Forms & components

Section titled “What form components are available?”Fomr includes 25+ components:
- Text inputs: Short answer, long answer, email, phone, URL
- Choice inputs: Dropdown, multi-select, multiple choice, checkboxes
- Ratings: Star rating, linear scale/NPS, slider, matrix grid
- Date & time: Date picker, time picker, date-time, date range
- Layout: Text blocks, dividers, thank you page
- Other: Ranking, number input, single checkbox, toggle switch

Can I create multi-page forms?
Section titled “Can I create multi-page forms?”Yes, you can create forms with multiple pages to break long forms into manageable sections. Learn more about multi-page forms.
Can I duplicate existing forms?
Section titled “Can I duplicate existing forms?”Yes, you can duplicate any form to use as a starting point for new forms. This copies all pages, components, and settings. Learn more about form duplication.
Are there form templates available?
Section titled “Are there form templates available?”Yes, we provide pre-built templates for common use cases like contact forms, surveys, registrations, and feedback forms. You can also save your own forms as reusable templates. Learn more about form templates.
Can I schedule when my form opens and closes?
Section titled “Can I schedule when my form opens and closes?”Yes, you can set specific dates for when your form starts accepting responses and when it closes. Learn more about form access and scheduling.
What is auto-jump navigation?
Section titled “What is auto-jump navigation?”Auto-jump automatically advances to the next page when users complete all required fields on the current page. Learn more about auto-jump.
Can I add validation to form fields?
Section titled “Can I add validation to form fields?”Yes, many components have built-in validation. Email fields validate email format, phone fields validate phone numbers, and you can mark any field as required. Number fields support min/max values.
Design & customization
Section titled “Design & customization”Can I customize how my forms look?
Section titled “Can I customize how my forms look?”Yes, you can customize:
- Colors (background, text, primary, accent)
- Fonts
- Form width and spacing
- Horizontal and vertical alignment
- Background images (upload or use Unsplash)

Can I add my company logo?
Section titled “Can I add my company logo?”Yes, Pro plan users can add a logo to their forms. Upload an image or link to a hosted logo, and choose the alignment. Learn more about logo settings.
Can I remove the Fomr branding?
Section titled “Can I remove the Fomr branding?”Yes, Pro plan users can hide the “Powered by Fomr” badge for a white-label experience. Learn more about hiding branding.
Can I use custom background images?
Section titled “Can I use custom background images?”Yes, you can upload your own images or search Unsplash for free photos directly within Fomr. Learn more about background settings.
Domains & sharing
Section titled “Domains & sharing”Can I use my own domain for forms?
Section titled “Can I use my own domain for forms?”Yes, the Pro plan includes custom domains so your forms can appear on your own domain (e.g., forms.yourcompany.com). Learn more about custom domains.
What is a Fomr subdomain?
Section titled “What is a Fomr subdomain?”Pro users can create a branded subdomain like yourcompany.on.fomr.io without managing DNS. It’s a quick way to have branded URLs. Learn more about Fomr subdomains.
How do I share my form?
Section titled “How do I share my form?”After publishing, click the “Share” button to get your form link. You can also embed forms on your website or share via QR code. Learn more about publishing and sharing.
Can I control how my form appears when shared on social media?
Section titled “Can I control how my form appears when shared on social media?”Yes, Pro plan users can customize the page title, description, and image that appear in link previews on social media and messaging apps. Learn more about link preview and SEO.
Responses & data
Section titled “Responses & data”How many responses can I collect?
Section titled “How many responses can I collect?”The Free plan allows unlimited responses. There are no caps on how many submissions you can receive.
How do I view form responses?
Section titled “How do I view form responses?”Open your form and click the “Responses” tab to see all submissions in a table format. Click any row to see the full response details. Learn more about collecting responses.
Can I export my form data?
Section titled “Can I export my form data?”Yes, you can export responses in CSV format for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other applications. Go to the Responses tab and click “Export CSV”.
Can I delete individual responses?
Section titled “Can I delete individual responses?”Yes, you can select and delete individual responses or use bulk delete to remove multiple responses at once.
Can I edit responses after submission?
Section titled “Can I edit responses after submission?”No, form responses are read-only to maintain data integrity. You can delete responses if needed but cannot modify them.
Do you provide email notifications for new responses?
Section titled “Do you provide email notifications for new responses?”Yes, you can set up email notifications to receive alerts when new responses are submitted. Configure different notification settings for each form. Learn more about notifications.
Can I send notifications to multiple email addresses?
Section titled “Can I send notifications to multiple email addresses?”Currently, you can set one notification recipient per form. Support for multiple recipients is coming soon.

Can I connect forms to Google Sheets?

Do you have a Zapier integration?

Is there an API?
Section titled “Is there an API?”A REST API is on our roadmap. For now, you can export data via CSV.

Section titled “How secure is my data?”All data is stored in SOC 2 compliant data centers, and we follow data protection protocols that align with GDPR requirements. We conduct regular security audits.

Is my form data encrypted?

Team & collaboration
Section titled “Team & collaboration”Can I invite team members?
Section titled “Can I invite team members?”Yes, you can invite team members to your organization. All plans include unlimited team members.
Can team members see all forms?
Section titled “Can team members see all forms?”Yes, team members within the same organization can access all forms and responses in that organization.
How do I change my organization name?
Section titled “How do I change my organization name?”Go to Settings > Organization in your Fomr dashboard to update your organization name.
Technical
Section titled “Technical”What browsers does Fomr support?
Section titled “What browsers does Fomr support?”Fomr works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated. For the best experience building forms, use a desktop or laptop.
Are forms mobile-friendly?
Section titled “Are forms mobile-friendly?”Yes, all Fomr forms are responsive and work on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers without any additional setup.
Does Fomr work offline?
Section titled “Does Fomr work offline?”The form editor has offline support, so you can continue working if you lose connection. Changes sync when you’re back online.
What’s your uptime guarantee?
Section titled “What’s your uptime guarantee?”We maintain 99.9% uptime with redundant infrastructure and monitoring. Check our status page for real-time updates.
Do forms auto-save?
Section titled “Do forms auto-save?”Yes, changes in the form editor are saved automatically as you work.
Account management

Section titled “How do I change my email address?”Go to Settings > Account in your Fomr dashboard to update your email address. You’ll need to verify the new address.
How do I change my password?

How do I delete my account?
Section titled “How do I delete my account?”Contact our support team to request account deletion. Note that this permanently deletes all your forms and response data.
