Can I try Fomr without creating an account?

Yes. Visit fomr.io/app/guest/new to access the full form editor as a guest. You can build and preview forms, then create an account when you’re ready to publish and collect responses.

After signing in, click “New form” on your dashboard. Drag components from the sidebar onto the canvas, customize them, and click “Publish” when ready. See our create your first form guide for step-by-step instructions.

Yes, Fomr has a free plan that includes unlimited forms, unlimited responses, unlimited team members, 25+ form components, design customization, email notifications, and more.

Yes. Organization admins can upgrade or downgrade the current organization’s plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.

Yes, annual plans are discounted compared to monthly billing. Check our pricing page for current rates.

Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan purchases. Organization admins can request a refund by cancelling the plan in the billing dashboard within 7 days. Learn more in our refund policy.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing period. Pro features like custom domains and hidden branding will be disabled. Your forms and response data remain accessible.

If you’re an organization admin, open Billing from your profile menu to access the billing portal. You can view and download all invoices there.

Fomr includes 25+ components:

Yes, you can create forms with multiple pages to break long forms into manageable sections. Learn more about multi-page forms.

Yes. Any component or page can be hidden from the published form using the visibility (eye) toggle in the editor. Hidden items stay in your draft, so nothing is deleted—they are simply excluded when you publish, and the navigation flow automatically skips hidden pages. Answers already collected for a hidden question stay in your results. Learn more about hiding and showing pages and components.

Yes, you can duplicate any form to use as a starting point for new forms. This copies all pages, components, and settings. Learn more about form duplication.

Yes, we provide pre-built templates for common use cases like contact forms, surveys, registrations, and feedback forms. You can also save your own forms as reusable templates. Learn more about form templates.

Can I schedule when my form opens and closes?

Yes, you can set specific dates for when your form starts accepting responses and when it closes. Learn more about form access and scheduling.

Auto-jump moves respondents forward automatically once they answer a single-question page. It only applies to pages with one question of a selectable type — Dropdown, Multi Choice, Checkboxes, Rating, or Switch — and not to text, number, date, email, phone, or multi-select questions. You can turn it on in Configure > General > Behavior. Learn more about auto-jump.

Yes, many components have built-in validation. Email components validate email format, phone components validate phone numbers, and you can mark any component as required.

Yes, you can customize:

  • Colors (background, text, primary)
  • Fonts
  • Form width and spacing
  • Horizontal and vertical alignment
  • Background images (upload or use Unsplash)
  • Border radius and shadows

Yes, you can upload your own images or search Unsplash for free photos directly within Fomr. Learn more about background settings.

Yes, the Pro plan includes custom domains so your forms can appear on your own domain (e.g., forms.yourcompany.com). Learn more about custom domains.

Pro users can create a branded subdomain like yourcompany.on.fomr.io without managing DNS. It’s a quick way to have branded URLs. Learn more about Fomr subdomains.

After publishing, click the “Share” button to get your form link. You can also embed forms on your website or share via QR code. Learn more about publishing and sharing.

Can I control how my form appears when shared on social media?

Yes, Pro plan users can customize the page title, description, and image that appear in link previews on social media and messaging apps. Learn more about link preview and SEO.

The Free plan allows unlimited responses. There are no caps on how many submissions you can receive.

Open your form and click the “Results” tab to see all submissions in a table format. Click any row to see the full response details. Learn more about collecting responses.

Yes, you can export responses in CSV format for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other applications. Go to the Results tab and click “Export CSV”.

Partial Responses are valid in-progress answers saved before someone submits a published form. Free organizations see meaningful Partial Response counts and an upgrade prompt only. Pro organizations can include, open, filter, and export Partial Response rows. Row details show captured answers and leave unanswered fields blank, and CSV exports include a Response status column.

Pro organizations can turn future capture off under Configure > General > Behavior.

Yes, you can select and delete individual responses or use bulk delete to remove multiple responses at once.

No, form responses are read-only to maintain data integrity. You can delete responses if needed but cannot modify them.

Do you provide email notifications for new responses?

Yes, you can turn on email notifications so you’re alerted when new responses come in. Notifications are sent to the account owner’s email, and you can turn them on or off per form. Learn more about notifications.

Can I send notifications to a different email address?

Notifications always go to the account owner’s email — there’s no custom-recipient field. You can turn the “Admin email notifications” toggle on or off for each form.

Currently, Fomr integrates with:

  • Unsplash for free background images
  • Google Sheets for sending completed submissions to spreadsheet rows

Yes. Admins and team members with integration-management permission can connect Google Sheets from the Integrations page, then add a Google Sheets action in a form workflow. Free organizations can connect 1 Google Sheets account; Pro organizations can connect unlimited accounts.

Zapier integration is coming soon. This will let you connect Fomr to thousands of other apps.

A REST API is coming soon. For now, you can export data via CSV.

All data is stored in SOC 2 compliant data centers, and we follow data protection protocols that align with GDPR requirements. We conduct regular security audits.

Yes, if you’re an organization admin. Go to SettingsTeam members to invite people to your organization. All plans include unlimited team members.

Open the invite link while signed in with the invited email address. That email must be verified before the invite can be accepted. After acceptance, Fomr switches you into the organization.

Yes, team members within the same organization can access all forms and responses in that organization.

Can I belong to more than one organization?

Yes. If your account belongs to multiple active organizations, go to SettingsOrganization and use the Switch button to move between them. Blocked memberships stay visible, but you cannot switch into them until an admin restores access.

What roles are available for team members?

Section titled “What roles are available for team members?”

Fomr includes two roles: Admin and Member. Admins can manage team members, domains, billing, and organization settings. Members can work inside the organization without those admin controls.

Yes. Go to SettingsOrganization and use Leave organization. If you are the last active admin, add or restore another admin before leaving.

If you’re an organization admin, go to SettingsOrganization to update your organization name.

Fomr works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated. For the best experience building forms, use a desktop or laptop.

Yes, all Fomr forms are responsive and work on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers without any additional setup.

The form editor has offline support, so you can continue working if you lose connection. Changes sync when you’re back online. If local changes are still being saved, Fomr warns before you sign out, close the tab, or switch accounts or organizations. Downloading updates does not trigger the warning.

We maintain 99.9% uptime with redundant infrastructure and monitoring. Check our status page for real-time updates.

Yes. The form editor saves your changes automatically as you build.

Published forms can also autosave respondent progress for Partial Responses. Respondents can refresh or return in the same browser session and continue with saved answers. This is not cross-device save-for-later, and there is no saved indicator.

For Free organizations, Partial Response capture stays on. Pro organizations can turn future capture off under Configure > General > Behavior.

Go to Settings > Account in your Fomr dashboard to update your email address. You’ll need to verify the new address.
