What’s included

Unlimited forms

Create as many forms as you need. There’s no cap on the number of forms you can build, whether you’re creating one contact form or managing dozens of surveys.

Unlimited responses

Collect as many responses as your forms receive. We don’t limit submissions, so you can run high-traffic campaigns without worrying about hitting a ceiling.

On Free plans you can see partial-response counts and an upgrade prompt in your results. Opening individual partial-response rows and turning capture off are Pro features.

Unlimited team members

Invite your entire team to collaborate. There’s no limit on how many people can access your workspace, making Fomr perfect for teams of any size.

”Other” option on choice questions

Let respondents type their own answer on Dropdown, Multiselect, Multi Choice, and Checkboxes questions:

• Adds an “Other” choice with an editable label, pinned to the end of the list
• Respondents who select it type their answer in a text input
• Typed answers appear in responses, CSV exports, and Google Sheets
• Available on all plans
