Refund Policy

Fomr offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all premium plan purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, simply cancel your plan through your billing management dashboard:

  1. Go to your account settings

  2. Navigate to the Billing section

  3. Click “Cancel Plan”

  4. Select “Request Refund” if within the 7-day period

Refunds are processed automatically when you cancel within 7 days. For additional assistance, contact our support team.

Our refund policy covers:

  • New premium plan subscriptions (first-time purchases)
  • Annual plan purchases within 7 days
  • Monthly plan purchases within 7 days

Refunds are not available for:

  • Free plan users (no payment required)
  • Subscriptions older than 7 days
  • Renewal payments (only initial purchases)
  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
  • All premium features will be disabled
  • Your forms and data remain accessible under free plan limits
  • You can upgrade again at any time
