Section titled “7-day money-back guarantee”Fomr offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro plan purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Section titled “How to request a refund”To request a refund, simply cancel your plan through your billing management dashboard:

Go to your account settings

Navigate to the Billing section

Click “Cancel Plan”

Select “Request Refund” if within the 7-day period
Refunds are processed automatically when you cancel within 7 days. For additional assistance, contact our support team.

Section titled “What’s covered”The refund policy covers:
- New Pro plan subscriptions (first-time purchases)
- Annual plan purchases within 7 days
- Monthly plan purchases within 7 days
What’s not covered
Section titled “What’s not covered”Refunds are not available for:
- Free plan users (no payment required)
- Subscriptions older than 7 days
- Renewal payments (only initial purchases)
- Users who violated our Terms of Use and got their account suspended
Refund processing time
Section titled “Refund processing time”- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Account access after refund
Section titled “Account access after refund”Once a refund is processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- All premium features will be disabled
- Your forms and data remain accessible under free plan limits
- You can upgrade again at any time
