How to Request a Refund
Section titled “How to Request a Refund”To request a refund, simply cancel your plan through your billing management dashboard:

Select “Request Refund” if within the 7-day period

- New premium plan subscriptions (first-time purchases)
- Annual plan purchases within 7 days
- Monthly plan purchases within 7 days
What’s Not Covered
Section titled “What’s Not Covered”Refunds are not available for:
- Free plan users (no payment required)
- Subscriptions older than 7 days
- Renewal payments (only initial purchases)
Refund Processing Time

- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Account Access After Refund
Section titled “Account Access After Refund”Once a refund is processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- All premium features will be disabled
- Your forms and data remain accessible under free plan limits
- You can upgrade again at any time
