A workflow runs automatically when your form is submitted. It starts with a trigger (a new submission) and runs one or more actions, like adding a row to Google Sheets.
-
Open your form and go to the Workflows tab.
-
Create a workflow. It starts with a form-submission trigger.
-
Add an action—for example, a Google Sheets step that writes each submission to a sheet.
-
Turn the workflow on. You can pause or edit it any time.
Each time your form is submitted, the workflow runs. You can review past runs and retry any that failed from the workflow’s executions view.
Right now the main action is Google Sheets; more are on the way. Workflows are rolling out gradually, so if you don’t see the Workflows tab yet, it isn’t available on your account just yet.
