Open your form, go to Results, and click Export CSV.
-
Open your form in the editor.
-
Click the Results tab.
-
Click Export CSV. Fomr prepares the file, then starts the download. Large response histories can take a moment to prepare.
The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, Notion, Airtable, or any tool that reads spreadsheets. Each row is one submission. Columns match the Results table: one per question, followed by any Calculated values and Hidden values.
Want responses to land in a sheet automatically instead of exporting by hand? See Send responses to Google Sheets.
