How do I add my form to a website?

Grab the embed code from your form’s settings and paste it into your site.

1. Open your form and go to Configure → Add to website.

2. Pick how you want it to appear: Standard (inline on the page), Popup (opens in a modal), or Fullscreen.

3. Copy the generated code and paste it into your website’s HTML where you want the form to show.

The embedded form updates automatically whenever you publish changes—there’s nothing to re-copy. Publish your form first so the embed shows the live version.

Popup options

If you choose Popup, you can fine-tune how it appears:

• Position — open it in the center of the page or in the bottom-right corner.
• Show popup overlay — dim the page behind the popup so the form stands out.
