Form Title

Type key: form_title. Renders the page title as a heading: the page’s name or custom text. In the editor this is the Form title block.

A structural node: it sits at the page root of a normal page and cannot be placed in a layout row.

The meta fields of this node type are listed in the request body of Replace the draft document, under pages › nodes, in the form_title tab.

A minimal Form Title node
{
"public_id": "nTtl",
"sort_order": 1,
"type": "form_title",
"meta": {
"use_page_name": true
}
}
  • A page holds at most one Form Title, and only normal pages can hold one. It renders above the page’s other nodes, whatever its sort_order.
  • use_page_name defaults to true, which shows the page’s name. Set it to false and fill content for a custom title.
  • content is plain text, not HTML: a single line of up to 255 characters, with whitespace collapsed on write. An empty title renders nothing.
  • level defaults to h1 and align to center. An explicit null renders the title as an h2, centered.
