Thank You

Type key: thank_you. Renders the completion screen: an icon, a title, and a description. In the editor this is the Thank You block.

A structural node for endings: each final page holds at most one, and the type is refused on any other page.

The meta fields of this node type are listed in the request body of Replace the draft document, under pages › nodes, in the thank_you tab.

A minimal Thank You node
{
"public_id": "nThx",
"sort_order": 1,
"type": "thank_you",
"meta": {
"thank_you_title": "<h1 style=\"text-align: center\">See you there!</h1>",
"thank_you_description": "<p style=\"text-align: center\">We sent a confirmation to your email address.</p>",
"thank_you_icon": "check_animated"
}
}
  • The defaults are a centered <h1> reading “Thank you!” as thank_you_title, an empty centered <p> as thank_you_description, and thank_you_icon: "check_animated".
  • thank_you_title and thank_you_description are block rich text, normalized to a single <h1> and a single <p>. Their visible text is limited to 300 and 2,000 characters.
  • An ending can also hold text, image, divider, and layout_row content. On a Free organization, a published form has one ending that holds only a Thank You node; see Endings.
  • The node has no redirect setting. thank_you_redirect_url is deprecated: a write that still sends it is accepted, and the value is ignored and not stored. To send respondents to a URL after an ending, add a redirect logic action with a condition on the reached ending. Redirects are a Fomr Pro feature.
